Agent No Wager— player complaints: 7 in English

I requested a refund of €9807 This is what I spent since asking agent no wager to close my account permanently. I received an email from them to say it will be closed permanently. This didn’t happen and they allowed me to keep playing knowing I have this illness and mental state I’m in. I want a refund but I also want justice. I’ve sold my house due to this. I want to get them closed down it’s disgraceful.

I completed a wager. Had €2300+ in my account. This was removed to be ‘converted’. I was told this would be done within hours, then before 24hrs, then in a few days and now ‘we cannot give an exact time frame’. I have screenshots confirming the amount taken from my account. Ive 250 emails back and forth with the company. Ive live chat screenshots showing inconsistencies in staff. Its been 7 days and Im getting no response as to when this will be resolved. Im sick of the lies and Im sick of the deceiving attitude.

I really need help with this casino. I have winnings of 500 euro which they have made impossible to withdraw. I have jumped through multiple hoops just to get my account verified, it must have taken a month to do this. When I eventually was allowed to withdraw, after many many unjustified failed attempts, I was hit with an email saying the withdrawal was rejected by my bank!!! I checked with the bank and they said this was false. I tried to withdraw the funds again but then received a message saying I needed to deposit even more funds and also turn over these funds many times before I could again withdraw. This led me to give up until now. I have the energy to fight them again and do not want this scam website to steal my hard earned money. Please please help me.

I am a member of Gamstop and a UK citizen. After signing up with an unlicensed casino in FortuneClock. I finally self excluded after huge losses. I have since been allowed to open and lose on copy sites when I shouldn't have been able to open an account. These include, Libraspins, Tropicslots, CaptainMarlin, AgentNoWager, crazystar, Harry's, RedLion, MrX, casino alpha, billionVegas, rich prize and maximum. They are all clearly owned by the same parent company and as a blocked UK resident I shouldn't be allowed to open accounts as it is. I'll accept the first one, but the repeated log ins. More needs to be done on this. I can't be the only one
