On January 12, 2018 I began my withdrawal process for the amount of $800 Cd.It is February 1, 2018 and my winning are still pending. I have spoken with Customer Service today, Feb. 1 ,2018 and my withdrawal is still pending.14 Days pending. I get the same response they have urgently requested this fix by the finance department. I was told it would take 5 Days for pending before it's sent to the bank. I am still waiting. Why does it take so long? I won on Winners, Ommi and it take 4 Days pending and I get paid on the fifth Day.Please help me!!!

Hi there, I have been waiting 4 months for my withdrawal from african palace casino when it is supposed to take 5-7 working days. I have consistantly been talking to the operators asking why its taking so long and the always say it has been escalated to finance. African Palace - Casino Not Paying

Made withdrawal of $12009 on 29th April after winning on slots at African Palace casino. Online support said I was all ready to go and that all withdrawals are processed in 1-5 business days. After 3 weeks of silence they asked for documentation which I sent immediately. After another 2 weeks of silence, my withdrawals have disappeared from the cashier. And after a total of 6.5 weeks as of today, I am still not paid. Casino staff and support email just keep repeating the same 'runaround' terms like 'you will be paid soon', 'rest assured', 'your withdrawal is escalated', etc. They refuse to call me and give any legitimate reason for delay or when I may be paid.

I opened an account with African Palace casino over a month ago. I deposited hundreds of euro over one weekend. I made a withdrawal request on 8th August 2016 for 400 euro which the casino wont pay me. I had no deposit bonus so there were no wagering requirements. I didn't realise this casino was blacklisted until I started to look for payment of winnings, which were not forthcoming. African Palace - Not paying my withdrawal

I requested my withdrawal of $3500 on 3/2/2016, I went on to live chat and they told me that my account was verified using my Grand Reef account(as it's the same company). I have been on to live chat almost every day asking what the problems are, they mainly just say it's in the processing queue and there are lots of withdrawals and public holidays and all they can do is 'escalate' it(they have done that over 20 times). After 35 days they sent me an email requesting ID documents, the first contact from them other than the automated email when I requested it. I sent that stuff to them within a few hours, it's been 10 days since I sent them in. Live chat just keep saying its in the processing queue and ask me to be patient. Every other casino has taken 3-4 days to get the money in my account, not 45 days. I just want my money!

I want my €1462 from African Palace casino. They told me I needed to verify my account so I sent them what they asked for. Now they do not respond to me and I do not have any of the money I cashed out. I do not know if they will pay or not. I play at African Palace and I won money. I want to cash out 1,326 euro and they will not send to me. I try to email them many times. My first email is on 27-12-2014. I send an email on 5-1-2015. I think I sent more than 2 but they have not respond for more than 2 weeks. I sent documents to verify in November and then I sent them the documents again on 23-11-2014. The cashout says "processing" but I wait so long and I want to know why they do not pay. I think they verify me and say processing like there is not problem but they only will not send the money or respond to my email when I ask them why tehy do not pay!
