I have tried to verify my account for about a month now, options on their site are utility bill (water/electricity/gas), bank statement, state issued id and “other”. i have told them in the chat i dont have utility bill from water or electricity because those are included in my rent. on my banks statement there is no address. I even paid for state issued ID which is in english but they wont accept that. In the chat i have sent them home internet bill, car insurance bill, car tax bill, tax ruling letter and all i get is “can you get this and this in english” “i apologize but we cant approve any of these documents” In other words if you play from a country where another language is spoken you cant get your money out.
