32Red— player complaints: 25 in English

I only joined 32Red a couple of weeks ago since I have been of sick from work. To begin with it was for fun and return on play was agreeable. £30/£40 per day. However, as the time passed the amount of play I received went down gradually over the days The last couple of days have been extremely bad and I have complained on several occasions but get the same bland answers. e.g. when i complain about my win rate I was told it was 01% or 93% etc However, when I ask about my win percentage over my bet level they would not respond. Also, after a few days I complained about a particular game running very slow at times they told me that I was not using the preferred platform..Google Chrome. I was using Mozilla yet nowhere on there site explains this. I have played one particular game over 3 days spending over £200 with precious little return. Also, there is a strong correlation between win rates when you newly join and the longer you use their site. Finally I asked them to remove me from their site tonight and they told me they retain my records for 90 days. A mathematician will easily qualify the complaints I have made. Hi, I was on holiday last weekend in Belgium and lost around £6,000 playing online casino with 32Red. 32Red is not a licensed gaming provider in Belgium and I was unaware of this at the time. I believe 32Red was operating unlawfully and demand back these funds as they have no license to operate in Belgium. I have evidence supporting all of my travel and hotel invoice in Brussels. Deposited $100, claimed the welcome bonus, without realizing that there is a stupid $6 max bet per hand. Played some blackjack and NEVER used the bonus, never got below my initial deposit, and won $200. Then I saw the max bet per hand thing and saw that I had cleared nothing of the bonus. So I wanted to forfeit the bonus and cashout my initial deposit and my winnings, but support says I cant do that, I have to clear the bonus (impossible) or forfeit my winnings.<br> <br> Are they right?
