Hiya guys. Im in the same boat as you johnd197038. All verifyed and now cashed out using the bank transfer method of £250. Its now dissappeared and longer pending in the withdrawal section and it hasnt reach`d my bank account yet. Waiting for 7 days and waiting for a reply from them. Please avoid this casino guys :(

I won some money and tried to withdraw it and they asked me for proof of identity which I provided due to the fact that I am an addicted gambler I tried to gamble more and then lost it and then continue to deposit more of my own money to win it back and if I had been able to withdraw my money as they took so long to prove my identity I would have been able to get out and take my winnings as I just needed to break even on my previous losses I have emailed and they have not responded.

I have a history of compulsive gambling usually linked to stress.
In December I registered with 24MCasino and lost a reasonable amount (c£4K). I contacted them asking to exclude me stating gambling addiction and then followed up on email. I again contacted them in January but they still took no action.
I lost a further £1.1K.
I take full responsibility for the loses and accept I still have a problem but the failure to act on my instruction has supported my problem.
There seems to be little way.to contact the company and I can’t help but think this is almost done on purpose.
Any help/advice would be appreciated
