21.com— player complaints: 5 in English

I won 3200€ on my 4 th deposit on the casino (each one 100€). Then i made a withdrawal of 3200€. This week they sent my an email about me breaking their terms of use (parts 17 and 20). They refuse to tell me any more info about this, I asked in email and livechat but they didnt tell me anything. I didnt break any terms and i dont understand how can they do this.

So I played on this casino called 21.com and rapidcasino. On the terms and conditions it says that u cant play the welcome bonus on 2 or more of their casinos and before i played on these casinos i misread the terms and conditions So I got a withdrawal on both of these casinos 21com, 3003 euros and rapidcasino 1103 euros and now they have only returned my deposits back Okay so what is the reason im not still getting the first casinos withdrawal if its against the rules to play on many of their casinos. And why isnt there some kind of restriction on getting the bonus on the other casino why does they still give the bonus if that is not allowed, shouldnt there be some kind of system that blocks u from the bonuses. Please help

We made a affiliate deal with pressenter partners (21com ltd) with brands 21com, justspin and rapidcasino. I promoted these brands on my website and after couple weeks we increased my deal better because I did got nice amount of players to the casinos. After 1 month I asked about payments. Then they sent me the invoice instructions and I sent the invoices them. Now i have sent invoices of 3 months may, June and July (5853,42 €) But nobody doesnt answer to me on Skype or email. The due dates are gone already. In July they asked me why the players I have bring to them plays only with bonuses. I told them my affiliate website is focused to offer best bonuses to customers and they know that already when they approved the deal for me. After that they wanted to stop the traffic and now they havent paid my 3 invoices. I want the money what belongs to me.

Firstly as the accredited ADR for 21 Casino I am surprised the casino is not listed in the dropdown? i have used 21.com but the dispute is with 21 Casino. In short I have had $6,000 NZD rescinded as I have been accused of depositing for a bonus via a non permitted method ie Neteller/Skrill. this rule is for the welcome offer only as per the terms and conditions. I had deposited already and received the welcome offer, i lost this money. I was then contacted by email out of the blue with a reload offer from 21 Casino, I deposited to this offer and won $6000, I had my winnings cut as i was told i could not deposit via neteller/skrill for the welcome offer, i have explained several times that this was not a welcome bonus but the support staff are not listening, the terms of the reload bonus did not mention no neteller/skrill, I have established that the casino are wrong 100% in what they are saying, they are using an excuse to not pay me from rules and terms of a bonus that is not applicable to the winnings I have won. I have even lodged a letter before action with the CEO of White Hat Gaming Ltd as in my opinion, this dispute is pretty cut and dry as far as i am concerned, I can forward you the letter before action via emai if you so wish, I just wanted to cover all bases and lodge the dispute with you guys as the accredited ADR of the casino.
