Sarah Kelly serves as Director of Licensing and general counsel at the Alderney Gambling Control Commission in the United Kingdom. Her work covers gambling and betting regulation. She is a lawyer by training and has worked within the public authorities of Alderney since 1999. Kelly previously held roles as greffier, registrar and parliamentary clerk, joining the executive leadership of the Commission in 2015. She also serves as a director at a European regulatory forum, evaluates countries for Moneyval and sits on the boards of local organisations.
