So this company specifically the casino is such rigged game, so every week for 1 month I deposited £40, play the fish bigger 3, collect all the rewards thing that you feel up, so first ths scatter, they will never come, I mean never ever come, the fish reel will never come on the lat second, which the netfish bust, you get to pick 1 option out of 3, guess what I always get the catch the fish, not wheel fish or super catch fish games, that game is by far the worst rigged game you will ever come across and crazy thing about it you would get the fisher man 1 and 2 on the first an dlast reel but nothing to collect, then when one of do come, you like £2 ot £4 or 40p, while other time when it does come you will £20 or £15 £100 or mega or minor.

I’m only giving Paddy Power one star as it took four attempts to get through to a human to answer a basic query - its virtual assistant is more like an unfriendly and unhelpful security guard. Even when I spoke to a human the answers weren’t really human but prewritten. The agent didn’t answer my questions on what PP is doing to improve its customer service. Get better Paddy Power

27th April 2026( 12 weeks ago)I sent old paddy power betting slips to the office in Belfast to see if ther were any returns.i did get an email weeks ago that they were received and were dealing with it within 14 days sent another email last week for update and still no reply tried the bot yesterday complete waste of time i have a better conversation with a wall..Totally disgusted with their attitude and lack of response for customers.U should be ashamed of your selves

There was an AMENDED result in a international race about 10 days ago , i didnt get my stake money back .

I opened an account to bet on some of the England World Cup 2026 games, just to get into the spirit. Won a few quid and lost a few. Then I was hearing the Keir Starmer was thinking of resigning so I placed a small bet at the weekend. Starmer resigned on the Monday 22/6. There was some sort of error showing on the app so I messaged them three times as there no phone number. Never received a response. Then DM them on X finally received a response that they haven’t decided yet. Then I found out that I won’t be getting a payout, not sure why, there are a law onto themselves. I’ve closed my account today and won’t be using them again.

The free spins are a scam to get you on the game everyday yesterday I won a scratch card and won 20p I already had 19p in my account when I left the game I still had 19p in my account so I went back onto the goonies scratchcard game and tried to play a 10p scratchcard with my 19p for it to say insufinsufficient funds and only leave me with 9p in my account

I received a free bet on the wonder wheel and used it. Came up with the bonus feature but used my own money in the spin.I complained to them online and nothing they could do.I then come back to my account with it suspended and having to upload ID etc.Had this account for over 5 years.A complaint gets you suspended.Their ‘free’ games are scams

I made a £50 deposit from my bank through their online platform. I placed a £50 bet for England to beat Norway with a total return of £95. The bet was acknowledged and money left my account. Screenshots were taken. Then after the match my bet and return vanished. Their AI customer service bot said the bet had been settled. A complete shambles. I’ve taken it up with my bank and will refer the matter to the Gambling Commission. A complete shower.

I used to be a member of Paddy Power some years ago. There were some suspicious activity of someone trying to log into my account back in 2020 and as a safety precaution Paddy Power close the account which I fully understand and fully appreciate that they wanted to protect the account. But when I’ve come back to sign back in, it says that my account has been closed and it cannot be reinstated which I fully understand. But I can’t even sign up again and they won’t remove any restrictions against me as a person because you can only have one account per person based on something that I didn’t even do.Which I think is crazy. So i’m basically banned for the fact that somebody else tried to gain access to my account. Even the email says contact our customer service team to get you back up and running but it didn’t say if you do not do this within a certain period of time while removing the account completely and you’ll never be able to join again 😒

The twister game is not random, it appears that you are not playing random players. I’ve never known so many defeats on the river even when the opponent has 3% chance, 9/10 times the have been beaten on the river. When you actually win a few hands there appears to be a glitch and what appears to be another board superimposes and then it’s all downhill from there. Even though they don’t need to manipulate the cards as the twister prizes rarely go above 2x bet they still do which on the face of it is daylight robbery, my advice is stay away from the poker site and play live where you actually see the card being dealt. I have noted on several occasions that the river card takes longer to show and in the majority of hands I am defeated, the loss against the river card is not by chance and is manipulated by the platform, I’d give them 0 star if I could

Paddy power are an absolute joke of an online plant form ! I play on a few different sites online and this is by far the absolute worst! Bad beat after bad beat always to the same players… horrendous platform and they are part of the “ I poker “ network? Should be ashamed !! Shambles AVOID!!!
