There is no such thing as fair gaming at any online casino. I have Played at plenty of the Inclave run casinos and they are so nice and generous with VIP appreciation chips, cashback on all lost deposits, free spins, and no playthrough match bonuses. As long as you are making regular deposits and not making any withdraw's. But as soon as you start winning all the perks stop, and I mean everything. Last I checked, The whole point of playing their games is to win money and not loose it!!! They all need to be sued because it's blatant discrimination against someone that wins. I have had this exact problem with all the inclave group of casino's. check out the screenshot of what support had to say. Disputed amount: 100$ Casino: Mega Medusa Case #: 4011

CLOSED: [Due to the casino’s unresponsiveness]: Mega Medusa - No Payment Issue
Mega Medusa denied comp-point withdrawal after support explained the wagering and cashout terms I am requesting LCB’s assistance regarding a denied withdrawal and the removal of $235.09 from my Mega Medusa account. On July 13, 2026, I redeemed $16.99 in comp points. This dispute concerns only that single comp-point redemption. I did not make two consecutive comp-point redemptions. Immediately afterward, but before placing any wagers, I contacted support representative Ashley specifically about the conditions attached to the redemption. Ashley explained that the redeemed comp points carried a 60× wagering requirement, permitted table-game play and had a $200 maximum cashout. Her response was positive and treated the redemption as valid. She did not warn me that Mega Medusa would later consider any resulting winnings completely ineligible for withdrawal. I relied in good faith on that information, completed the entire wagering requirement successfully and submitted a Bitcoin withdrawal of $235.09 on July 14. On July 15, finance denied the withdrawal and subsequently removed the funds under its interpretation of the consecutive-redemption rules. My understanding was based partly on section 15: “Players must have at least 1 deposit between any 2 comp points redemption to be eligible to withdraw.” I understood this comp-point-specific wording as applying when there are two comp-point redemptions, requiring at least one deposit between those two redemptions. Because this dispute involves only one comp-point redemption, I did not understand section 15 as making it ineligible for withdrawal. More generally, I understood the wording as allowing up to two comp-point redemptions within one deposit cycle, with another deposit required before an additional comp-point redemption could qualify. Finance appears to interpret the wording differently, but that interpretation was not clearly explained to me before I wagered. My understanding was further reinforced on July 18, when representative Skye displayed a screenshot from Ashley’s side of the support records stating that multiple comp-point redemptions in a row were allowed. This appears inconsistent with finance’s position, or at minimum shows that Mega Medusa’s own staff did not clearly distinguish between being permitted to redeem comp points consecutively and being eligible to withdraw the resulting winnings. That distinction was especially important because Ashley had specifically explained a 60× wagering requirement and a $200 maximum cashout before I began playing. A reasonable player receiving that information would believe that successfully completing the stated conditions could result in the stated cashout. Had I been told that my actual withdrawal eligibility was zero, I would not have wagered the redeemed comp points. Mega Medusa accepted the full wagering activity and applied its disqualifying interpretation only after I completed the requirement and requested payment. I am not requesting more than the stated maximum. I respectfully request payment of the applicable $200 maximum cashout. Disputed amount: 200$ Casino: Mega Medusa Case #: 4502
