webinar-content-repurposer — Claude Code skill: turn webinars into
Turns a webinar recording into blog posts, social snippets, email sequences and sales one-pagers. Useful when the event is over and the channel calendar is still empty.
npx skills add OneWave-AI/claude-skills --skill webinar-content-repurposer -a claude-codeWhat webinar-content-repurposer does
The skill takes a transcript, a video file or a slide deck. From there it pulls 5-7 key themes, 10-15 notable quotes, the data points and statistics, the Q&A questions, and timestamps for every clip-worthy moment. Then it maps those insights onto funnel stages: awareness, consideration, decision, retention.
Three reference files ship with it. references/asset-catalog.md holds the full inventory of asset types with funnel mapping and creation priority. references/output-template.md is the Markdown plan template you fill in, with every bracketed placeholder replaced by source content. references/best-practices.md covers quality rules and a worked request/response example. The output is a distribution calendar across Weeks 1-3 plus evergreen items, along with the metrics and A/B tests to track.
The skill does not transcribe audio or video on its own. Feed it text or a file the agent can read. If all you have is a raw recording, run transcription first, because the quote and timestamp extraction has nothing to work with otherwise. Quotes in the plan carry attribution and timestamps, so you can check them against the source.
What it helps with
- split a webinar recording into a blog post series
- pull quotes and timestamps for short video clips
- write email sequences for each funnel stage
- build a sales one-pager from a live presentation
- lay out a three-week publishing calendar
Example prompts for the agent
- Repurpose the transcript in
webinar.txtinto a content plan using the skill's template - Pull 10-15 quotes with timestamps for clips from this recording
- Draft the email sequence by funnel stage from this webinar
