What ttscn does

ttscn converts text into audio and guides provider and voice selection. Its listed engines include Edge TTS, Doubao, Azure, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Google Cloud TTS. For provider comparisons, it opens the local docs/providers.html page, where filters and voice details help narrow the options.
