What neon-instagres does

The skill checks .env for DATABASE_URL before creating anything. If it finds one, it asks whether to keep that database or make another. For a new database, it runs npx get-db --yes --ref 4eCjZDz and adds DATABASE_URL for app queries, DATABASE_URL_DIRECT for migrations, and PUBLIC_INSTAGRES_CLAIM_URL for claiming the database in Neon.

You can pass --seed schema.sql to load an initial schema or set another environment file with --env .env.local. The instructions cover Drizzle, Prisma, TypeORM, Kysely, and raw SQL. Databases expire after 72 hours unless claimed with npx get-db claim; running npx get-db requires Node.js 18 or newer. Keep PUBLIC_INSTAGRES_CLAIM_URL private because it grants access to the database.
