What livestream-sales does

The skill kicks in when you are preparing a commercial live stream: picking the product lineup, writing the presentation, handling viewers during the broadcast, or reviewing how past streams performed. It lays out four phases — pre-live, opening, main content, closing — with concrete actions for each.

Inside there is a product mix strategy: a low-price hook item, core products, higher-margin items, and an upsell. Each group gets a share of airtime and a role in revenue. A separate block covers promotion over the 7 days before launch: teaser, announcement, lineup reveal, day-of reminder. There is also an equipment and platform setup checklist.

The skill is not for recording regular videos, and not for non-commercial streams such as Q&A or chat. If your stream has no selling in it, you do not need this. It earns its place once streaming is a regular channel and you want to move viewers toward buying.
