What keyword-research does

The seo-geo-claude-skills repository is now a signpost. Its skills are no longer developed there, and research/keyword-research/SKILL.md exists only so older links keep resolving. The active version lives at seo-geo/research/keyword-research inside the aaron-marketing-skills bundle, while a frozen standalone copy sits under tag v9.9.12.

Install goes through npx skills add with an agent flag. For Claude: npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/seo-geo-claude-skills --skill keyword-research -a claude-code, which drops the skill at ~/.claude/skills/keyword-research/SKILL.md. Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and OpenCode differ only in the flag, and GitHub Copilot uses gh skill install instead.

Here is the catch worth knowing before you build a workflow on it: installing from the old repo gives you the frozen copy, not current development. For the live skill, pull it from the bundle with npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills -s keyword-research. Check which SKILL.md your agent actually loads.
