What competitor-analysis does

competitor-analysis reads competitor sites and lines them up against your own pages. It ships inside the aaron-marketing-skills bundle at seo-geo/research/competitor-analysis. Install that active copy: the seo-geo-claude-skills repo is now a signpost and no longer develops its skills.

Setup runs through npx skills add with the -s competitor-analysis flag, which pulls the skill from the bundle. GitHub Copilot uses a different command, gh skill install. Once installed, the skill file lands in your platform's folder — ~/.claude/skills/competitor-analysis/SKILL.md on Claude.

A frozen standalone copy still exists under tag v9.9.12. It gets no updates, because development moved to the other repo. Worth checking which one you actually pulled.
