What investigation-add does

This skill ingests batches of evidence and interview transcripts into an ongoing matter log. It evaluates incoming records against established pull criteria, highlights significant findings, and registers all reviewed materials to verify overall coverage.

During execution, the skill loads ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/employment-legal/CLAUDE.md and activates Mode 2 from the internal-investigation skill. Once processing finishes, it reports the surface ratio and lists highlighted evidence. If the submitted data satisfies an item on the sources checklist, the agent prompts for an update.

Substantive work fails if the internal-investigation reference skill is missing, because core logging formats and needle-finding rules live inside it.

What it helps with

  • Ingest interview notes and document productions into an open matter
  • Filter evidence batches using documented pull criteria
  • Log all reviewed records for coverage verification
  • Update the sources checklist when new evidence satisfies an open item

Example prompts for the agent

  • /employment-legal:investigation-add case-alpha followed by pasted interview notes
  • /employment-legal:investigation-add dispute-records with an attached email export file
