npx skills add humanizerai/agent-skills --skill cold-email -a claude-codeWhat cold-email does
The skill takes three arguments: who you're emailing, what you want, and what you know about them. If any part is missing, the agent asks for it. Then it picks one of three frameworks — AIDA, PAS or BAB — and builds the email around it.
Hard rules keep the output tight. 50–125 words, a subject line of 3–5 lowercase words, and a first line that references something specific about the recipient. One call to action. Phrases like "I hope this email finds you well" and "My name is..." are cut.
The skill also reports which framework it used, what personalization angle it took, and the final word count. If the email takes more than 30 seconds to read or doesn't fit a phone screen, that's a reason to rewrite.
What it helps with
- write a cold email that doesn't read like a template
- stay inside the 50–125 word range
- craft a subject line that won't look like spam
- open with a line tied to the recipient
- ask for one specific action instead of a vague reply
Example prompts for the agent
- Write an email to a sales manager at a fintech company, goal is to book a call, context: they just started a B2B podcast
- Draft a cold email to a SaaS founder, I want to offer a pilot, context: we met at SaaStr

Generates cold emails using AIDA, PAS and BAB frameworks. It enforces 50–125 words, a 3–5 word subject line, a personalized first line and one call to action.
What arguments does it need?
Three: who you're emailing (role, company, industry), what you want (meeting, feedback, sale), and context for personalization. If anything is missing, the agent asks.
