The skill covers wiring a DingTalk bot to Clawdbot Gateway over a local WebSocket connection. The path is short: a DingTalk user sends a message, DingTalk cloud fires a webhook at bridge.py, the bridge hands it to the gateway, and the agent's reply travels back into the DingTalk session.
You need a DingTalk bot that can send outgoing webhooks, with its callback URL pointing at your public endpoint. Then run uv sync inside the skill directory and start the bridge with DINGTALK_SIGNING_SECRET=your_secret uv run python bridge.py. On macOS there is an auto-start route: uv run python setup_service.py, followed by launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.clawdbot.dingtalk-bridge.plist.
Configuration comes from environment variables. The port defaults to 3210, the path to /dingtalk, the gateway config to ~/.clawdbot/clawdbot.json, and the agent to main. If the signing secret does not match the one set in DingTalk, webhooks fail verification — that is the first thing to check when delivery breaks.
