What core-fix-skill-docs does

The skill scans ~/.claude/skills/ and checks SKILL.md files for ./references/*.md links. It verifies local files on disk. You can target one crate or inspect all installed skills at once.

Missing documentation is resolved in two ways. Agent mode launches a background subagent to download modules from docs.rs. Inline mode runs locally via the agent-browser CLI or falls back to WebFetch. When a page is missing, passing --remove-invalid deletes the dead link from SKILL.md.

The model will never run this skill autonomously. The manifest sets disable-model-invocation: true, so audits must be initiated manually.
