The plugin includes skills for an organisation context document, capability mapping, concept modelling, and value-stream analysis. Their outputs can be checked against one another: the concept model is cross-validated against the capability map, and value streams are checked against both. Skills produce XLSX files, with JSON available for some outputs.
Capability mapping uses MECE checks across levels. Concept modelling classifies business objects with the Capsicum Triad or a custom hierarchy; value streams have stages with entry and exit criteria. These checks and structures shape the artefacts, so the plugin is not a blank spreadsheet generator.
Install it in Claude Code with the two commands below, in order. Then invoke a skill by name, such as /ba-capability-mapping.
