gh-dash — Claude Code plugin for GitHub PRs
View GitHub pull request status and CI/CD checks in the terminal, then merge a PR without leaving it. Handy after opening a pull request or before merging.
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
/plugin install gh-dash@claude-communityWhat gh-dash does
gh-dash displays a PR’s status, CI/CD check progress, and comments from CodeRabbit, Cursor Bugbot, and coverage reports. The dashboard refreshes every 10 seconds while checks are underway. After gh pr create, a hook suggests opening the dashboard.
Run /gh-dash:pr to view it. The --merge options perform a squash merge, merge commit, or rebase; plain --merge selects squash. GitHub operations rely on the GitHub CLI gh, authenticated with gh auth login. The hook uses hooks/pr-trigger.sh and needs jq to parse JSON, so the automatic prompt depends on that utility.
Install the plugin through the Claude Code marketplace. When Claude Code starts with --plugin-dir, the hook loads automatically; you can also add it manually in .claude/settings.json.
