draft-pm-brain — Claude Code plugin: product context in every session
Keeps product context and priorities loaded into the agent and refreshes them through conversations. Useful when every new session starts blank.
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
/plugin install draft-pm-brain@claude-communityWhat draft-pm-brain does
The plugin feeds a live snapshot of your product context into the session: company, product, team, priorities, memory. A SessionStart hook injects it before you type anything, so the agent does not need the same briefing again.
Changes are tracked in an append-only log plus an index of recent updates. When something meaningful happens — a decision, a scope change, a feature shipped or dropped — draft-learner records it and refreshes the index, which loads in every session. Team context works the same way: one person publishes it to a private repo, the rest pull it in.
The hook is a bash script and needs a POSIX shell, so macOS and Linux only. Windows, WSL included, is not supported. In Claude the install goes through the marketplace, then the /draft:setup interview fills in the context structure.
What it helps with
- start a session with product context already in place
- log a decision or a shift in priorities
- pull team context from a private repo
- refresh stale product notes as work moves on
- give a teammate the same context you have
Example prompts for the agent
- Show the current product priorities before we start
- Log that we dropped this feature
- Load the team context from the shared repo
