💼 3+ years in customer service & iGaming, currently managing 90+ high-value customer relationships daily across Telegram, WhatsApp, Helpdesk and SMS.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Handle account needs, requests and issue resolution
• Support retention, reactivation and customer engagement
• Monitor CRM data and identify customer needs and churn risks
• Coordinate with Payments, KYC, Fraud and Support teams
• Experienced with Jira, Helpdesk and CRM systems
• 95–99% CSAT in previous customer support role
🗣️ Languages: English, Russian
