I'm waiting for a payment of 1000 euros for a week and I still haven't been paid... at the beginning of the month I won 4000 euros but they told me they could only pay me 1000 euros at a time... I tried to withdraw 4000 but it wasn't possible...I ended up losing 3000 waiting and made a demand for the last 1000 a week ago which were not paid and I'm still waiting

Image redacted I have been waiting for over a week now for my withdrawal and been advised on multiple occasions through the chat that the withdrawal has been approved on the casino end and waiting approval from my bank I have contacted my bank and asked them to see if there was a transfer from casino that they were needing to approve for it to reflect into my account as advised to which I was told it is like any other transfer and that this would go straight into my account and that there was nothing on the bank’s end that they are required to do. Wild fortune advised it would take up to maximum 7 days which has now passed and this morning I have woken being advised by email that my withdrawal has been cancelled due to technical reason and re request again to wait another 7 days. I have also asked multiple times for proof of deposit from my withdrawal request to the casino deposit into my bank to which they have told me they have no capacity to do so. I tried to open a game account and the only option is to first deposit money through the trustly service, after which you can enter your own information. I tried this but the website didn't work properly and I couldn't open an account. I contacted their customer service and was instructed to try another browser. This didn't help. I complained about it and they told me to try again. Didn't work. I have transferred €80 money to them, and I did not get a game account opened. I have sent them the receipts for the transfers but they still won't refund the money and say they are looking into the matter. I'll send you those receipts as well.
