Hello, I want to complain about Parasino Casino. I 've been trying to get my money for a very long time. I will tell you the details. I played at Parasino Casino 1 times, January 4. My balance after the game ended was 117,5$. I wanted to withdraw my deposit and winnings, but Parasino Casino canceled the withdrawal. I 've played an online casino a lot and I know I have to get verified. I received a letter demanding the documents on January 14, 10 days after the withdrawal was cancelled. I provided all the documents and I also pass audio-verification. I was asked about the method of deposit, its size, type of currency and so on. I answered to all questions. After the casino calls, they begin ignore me. They didn 't pay my money, they didn 't answer to my letters.

Cannot login to account, although I use a password manager so details are correct. Cannot reset password using email address they confirmed when I registered. They have not replied to a single email since I signed up, around 2 months ago. The exact balance is £19.60 I believe, but I am not certain, but would like to withdraw all of it.

Hi there, see above, Parasino.com closed my Account and freezed my money after succesfull verification and 1685 Euro on the Account, without any Reason. Every try of contact to solve the problem wont work...either Email or Chat..they left Chat instant if they know who i am. Email no answear, no matter how much emails i send. I only want my money, please help me...

Hello I wonder if you could help I join parasino casino a while back but could never deposit for some reason anyway I managed to on Wednesday and spent £443 I have since learned that they should not accept uk players (says on here and other sites) I have put this to them and asked to close my account (I asked them to also close as I have a gambling problem and no longer want to play) they ignored the refund issue and won't close it until I send documents! Surely they should just close the account.
Wonder if you could help on this as they are ignoring emails and no one every answers on live chat
