I won this money last May. I have called them and texted them begging for my money for over a year now. They are now closed and I cannot access my account at all. I did write a complaint against them with the federal trade commission. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars playing their casino. I either want all my deposits back or pay me my winnings. I haven't received my withdrawal from New Fun Club after several issues. All methods of contacting them are not working and they are not responding. Now, since yesterday the site says it's not available in my location and I am not able to log in. I have a withdrawal of $102 minus the transaction fee and I don't have any point of contact with them to resolve it. I would like to also update my BTC address for withdrawal. Withdrawal was approved August 13,2024. Withdrawal was for $1,200. Partial payment of $500 was sent December 6, 2024. Despite numerous attempts involving customer chat support personnel, phone calls to my VIP host and NFC withdrawal department, as well as numerous emails to appropriate departments requesting payment, nothing has happened. Emails are not responded to despite saying someone would within 24 to 48 hours or even returned as undeliverable. This withdrawal request has been escalated 37 times according to my count over the past 8 1/2 months. Disputed amount: 700$ Casino: New Fun Club Case #: 3145

New Funclub Submitted payout request for $180 on 3.4.2024, then submit KYC documents 3.6.2024. They never reply to my emails and live chat tells me to send to support which i have done. It is frustrating... they probably don't pay out and get your documents and probably sell your information for identity fraud. That is my thoughts about them. Don't deposit with them. Kats Casino pays out slow but they do respond to my emails took a month but still got paid. Lucky Red Casino and Wild Casino both super fast and pay out and are my 2 favorite.
