N1Casino – failure to substantively address DSAR-based reimbursement claim
I am submitting this complaint concerning N1Casino / N1 Interactive Ltd.
This is not a request for a goodwill refund simply because I lost during ordinary gameplay. The complaint concerns N1Casino’s failure to provide a substantive response to a DSAR-based reimbursement claim and payment reconciliation, together with Dutch account/activity indicators, responsible-gambling records, and N1Casino’s later restricted-country closure of my account.
N1Casino’s own DSAR payment records show accepted deposits of EUR 7,450.00 and accepted cashouts of EUR 4,341.45. N1’s ledger also shows an accepted EUR 100.00 chargeback entry. On a conservative basis, taking that chargeback into account, my net cash loss is EUR 3,008.55. I reserve the right to adjust the amount to EUR 3,108.55 if N1 confirms that the EUR 100.00 chargeback did not reduce my actual loss.
My account records show Dutch personal/account details and overwhelmingly Netherlands-based activity. N1Casino later informed me that my account was closed because I was from a restricted country.
I submitted a formal reimbursement claim on 5 April 2026, a notice of default on 20 April 2026, and a final follow-up on 29 April 2026 with an evidence pack attached. I also sent a WhatsApp alert to the VIP contact who had previously handled my DSAR. N1Casino has not provided any substantive response.
I also submitted a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority. The MGA has now referred me to the ADR entity engaged by the licensee, without substantively addressing the claim evidence.
I request that CasinoReviews reviews N1Casino / N1 Interactive Ltd’s handling of this complaint, including the failure to address the DSAR-based payment reconciliation, the Dutch account/activity indicators, the restricted-country closure, the responsible-gambling records, and the absence of a substantive final position.
For clarity, if CasinoReviews considers that it will not pursue this complaint because it involves reimbursement of losses connected to lack of licence / restricted-country issues, please confirm that this is your final position so that I can provide it to the Malta Gaming Authority and preserve my position for further steps.

N1 Casino - Don't receive my money
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with N1 Casino, which operates under a Malta Gaming Authority licence.
For more than three weeks, I have been trying to withdraw my funds. Each withdrawal request is processed for approximately 1.5 weeks and then returned to my casino balance with the explanation “technical error.” This has happened repeatedly.I have now been waiting over three weeks without receiving my money.
Furthermore, I have found numerous reports online from other players describing the same pattern: withdrawals being reversed after several days, allegedly to encourage players to continue gambling instead of receiving their funds.
I kindly request your assistance in this matter.
How can a casino with such practices continue to operate under an MGA licence?
I would appreciate your support in ensuring that my withdrawal is processed correctly and that this issue is investigated.
Thank you in advance for your attention.Kind regards,

N1 Casino - Confiscation my winnings
Casino: N1 Casino
Username / Email: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
Confiscated amount: 15.183,05€
Deposit amount: 30€
Bonus type: silver30
Complaint description:
Dear Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding the confiscation of my winnings by N1 Casino following the use of a bonus.
What happened:
I activated a bonus at N1 Casino and, during gameplay, I managed to generate winnings of 15.000€. During the wagering process, I unintentionally placed a bet exceeding the maximum allowed bet of €5, which is stated in the bonus terms. Based on this, the casino confiscated 100% of my winnings.
Important clarifications:
• I do not dispute that the maximum bet rule exists.
• However, the breach was unintentional, isolated, and not systematic.
• The vast majority of my bets fully complied with the bonus terms.
• There was no attempt to exploit the bonus system or gain an unfair advantage.
Additionally, I want to highlight the following point regarding the terms: in the current bonus terms it is stated that the maximum bet while wagering is €5, but it is not clear whether bets above €5 are considered to be placed with real money or bonus money, especially since both real funds and bonus funds were in my balance at the time of the bet.
According to the terms, real money is wagered first and only then bonus money once real funds are depleted. However, nowhere in the terms does it explicitly state how a single bet above €5 should be interpreted if made partly with real money and partly with bonus funds, or whether such a bet should simply not count toward wagering instead of triggering full confiscation.
I honestly believed that placing a bet larger than €5 would mean that it would not count toward the wagering requirement, not that it would automatically lead to confiscation of all winnings.
Why I believe this case deserves reconsideration:
The violation is not intentional behavior. Confiscating all winnings appears disproportionate compared to the nature of the breach. I have acted in good faith and have a history of responsible play. There are documented precedents on AskGamblers / Casino Guru where casinos, after mediation, returned winnings fully.
Thank you for reviewing this case.
Kind regards,

N1 Casino - Blue Monday offer
I have some problems with N1 casino.
I got email their blue monday offer.
There was 2 different bonuses to chose:
120% depositbonus with 30x wager or 65% depositbonus and 65HB FS with 5x wager
I started to play and soon notice that free spins must wager 30 times. Not 5 times like the offer says.
I asked them to set my balance in 143euros which was the amount I had after wagered FS winnings 5 times. They didnt do that, only apologize misleading information.

N1 Casino - Confiscation of bonus winnings due to disputed max bet interpretation
I am submitting this complaint regarding the confiscation of a significant part of my balance by N1 Casino following an alleged breach of the “maximum bet” rule while playing with an active bonus.
On 14.01, I activated a deposit bonus that included a maximum bet limit of 5 EUR. Before and during gameplay, I carefully checked the bonus terms to ensure compliance. The terms stated that the maximum bet is 5 EUR, including doubled bets and bonus rounds purchased within the game. However, the terms did not explicitly state that purchasing a bonus feature (“buy feature”) would be treated as a single bet equal to the full purchase amount for the purpose of the max bet rule.
During bonus play, I used the buy feature option available in slot games. At no point was I warned that this action would violate the bonus terms. The system did not block the action, cancel the bonus, or display any notification indicating a breach. On the contrary, the bonus wagering continued normally for several hours, which reasonably led me to believe that my gameplay was permitted under the active bonus conditions.
After gameplay had concluded, and after my KYC verification was completed on the same day, I requested a withdrawal. Approximately 65 hours later, I was informed by N1 Casino that a large portion of my balance had been confiscated due to an alleged violation of the maximum bet rule. The casino allowed approximately 2,000 EUR to remain available, while confiscating the rest, which indicates inconsistent enforcement of the alleged rule breach.
Despite my repeated requests, the casino did not provide concrete evidence identifying a specific spin exceeding the 5 EUR limit. Instead, I was provided with a very large and general account history export covering multiple years (dating back to 2019), without a filtered or session-specific report demonstrating the alleged violation related to the disputed bonus session.
The core issue of this dispute is that no clear and concrete proof has been presented showing that I placed a spin exceeding the maximum allowed bet. The accusation appears to rely solely on an interpretation that a buy feature purchase is automatically equivalent to a bet exceeding the maximum limit, despite this not being clearly and explicitly defined in the bonus terms and despite the absence of real-time warnings or preventive system controls.
I respectfully request an independent review of whether the confiscation of my balance was justified, taking into account:
- the lack of explicit wording in the bonus terms regarding buy feature purchases being treated as max bet violations,
- the absence of any real-time warning, restriction, or automatic bonus cancellation,
- the lack of concrete evidence demonstrating a specific bet exceeding the 5 EUR limit,
- and the proportionality and consistency of the applied sanction.
I am seeking a fair resolution and the return of the confiscated amount.

N1 Casino - Refusal to Pay Verified Player - Two Separate Withdrawals Stalled & Lost
N1 Casino is responsible for the loss of approximately **$2,500 CAD** in legitimate winnings. Despite explicitly confirming my account was "Verified" on Dec 20, 2025, they systematically blocked **two separate withdrawal requests** ($470 and $2,000.92). By returning these funds to my playable balance and subjecting me to an indefinite, predatory verification loop (including demanding impossible documents), they forced a "Reverse Withdrawal" scenario where the funds were lost due to administrative stalling.
**Detailed Timeline of Malpractice:**
**1. The "False" Verification (Dec 20)**
- On **Dec 20, 2025**, N1 Casino emailed me confirming: _"Your account verification has been completed successfully... continue playing!"_ [_**Screenshot_2026-01-07_15-56-25.png**_].
- Based on this confirmation, I believed I was free to withdraw.
**2. Incident #1: The Initial Withdrawal (~$470 CAD)**
- Immediately following verification, I requested my first withdrawal of approx. **$470 CAD** citing a "Max Bet" error (which was a corrected UI mistake that i explained in great detail more than once)
- Despite the "Verified" status, N1 Support stalled the payout, refusing to process it.
- **The Result:** Due to the delay and lack of communication, these funds were returned to play and subsequently lost.
**3. Incident #2: The Tournament Win & Second Withdrawal ($2,000.92)**
- I continued playing (winning a Tournament Bonus) and successfully completed the **$7,000 wagering requirement**.
- I requested a second withdrawal of **$2,000.92**.
- **The Cancellation:** N1 cancelled this request on Dec 26, and returned the money to my balance [`Screenshot_2026-01-07_15-54-15.png`].
- **The Loop:** To prevent me from withdrawing this returned money, they restarted the verification process, ignoring the Dec 20 confirmation and demanding a photo of my **Bank Card** for an **Interac** deposit (which is impossible/irrelevant) [_**Screenshot_2026-01-07_16-10-05.png**_].
-
- **The Result:** The $2,000.92 remained trapped in my account due to these artificial barriers and was eventually lost.
- **The "Impossible" Document Rejection (Stalling)**
- **File:** `Screenshot_2026-01-07_16-07-03.png`
- **Why:** This shows them rejecting your bank statement (`Bill_20251210.pdf`) because it didn't show the deposit date, even though the new statement wasn't out yet. This proves the artificial stalling.
**4. Negligence & Liability**
- N1 Casino had verified my account on Dec 20.
- There was no valid reason to block the initial ~$470.
- There was no valid reason to block the subsequent $2,000.92 or demand irrelevant documents (Bank Card for Interac).
- Therefore, N1 Casino is liable for the full loss of **~$2,500 CAD** under MGA Player Protection directives regarding "Timely Payouts."
**Desired Outcome:** **Full Restitution of ~$2,500 CAD.** These funds were only lost because the operator failed to honor their own Verification confirmation and refused to process valid withdrawal requests.
**I have attached screenshots of all the communications between N1 Casino support staff and myself. The evidence of the malpractice and breaching of MGA's legislation, regulations and directives aimed to provide a safe gaming environment and protect the players rights.
