Limitless casino— player complaints: 6 in English

I'm sick of everything with this casino. My account is 6 years old and verified. I used credit cards a lot of time and they never asked for verification in the past. It's my account, my card and they are asking for verification for security reasons let them tell it. I sent everything in 5 days ago and still can't withdraw my money. Every time I win it's a problem like this. Can my issue be resolved?

I completed the Litecoin tournament which ended on 30/06/2023 in stable 6th place if not 5th place and I know that for sure as I counted my points till the last minute of this tournament and have screenshots and other evidence which proves that on the final moment of this tournament my winners place was 6th with reward of 1000$. I was unfairly rewarded only with 250$. My reward had to be 1000$ and in the worst case 750$ as It was impossible to “push” me in one hour to further place because player behind me had more than 200 points less than me and that’s impossible to do in such a short time. Limitless casino ignores my requests to provide me with final leaderboard results and show me my score even after I after I showed them the final leaderboard screenshot which I made just before tournament has ended. Can you please fix this issue and credit my account with the correct reward which I rightfully earned in this tournament - 1000$.

Was able to have winnings of around $700. went to withdraw and went through the process of verifying my account, my withdrawal was at first approved, then denied. The reason for denial given with that I played restricted games. I responded through email and online chat to let them know that I only played those games once they opened up to me after my Playthru requirement was met. Those particular games were locked when you were playing on your bonus. Once the playthru was met those games opened up, which allowed me to play them. I did lose money on those games. But now they are denying my withdraw saying that I played restricted games. They stated through email and chat that even though those games open up after Playthru has been met they are always restricted because I had a bonus. I read through their requirements and it does not state that please help me to get my deposit in the winnings back please

Hi, do you think you can help me also. This is regarding LIMITLESS CASINO.  My account is fully verified for instant withdrawals. I never had any issues until few days ago. I've won a really large amount after making credit card deposit. When I requested a payout, I was asked to submit Credit Card verification (photos of the card, selfie, and utility bills/bank statement). I sent them everything right away but I am still waiting for any response. So this casino is a complete joke. Verification process took almost 6 days after constantly emailing and not getting a response and then that 6th day I got email stating my account was verified but it had to make deposit to redeem my winnings. I don't recommend this casino by any means. 

I also am waiting for account verification so i can make a withdrawal . It is seriously so ridiculous that it takes 5 days to verify an account. Its already been 2 days and nothing so far. Only reason im nervous is because i played at a casino similar to this one that also had this stupid account verification and they never did get my account verified
