Duel.com Casino - Player requests refund due to gaming issues.

The player from the United States revealed that he had lost approximately €14,000 across two accounts at Duel.com casino and requested self-exclusion due to his compulsive gambling. He was now seeking a refund, claiming that the casino did not comply with responsible gaming regulations. We asked for clarification and invited the casino to explain why a second account had been possible, but no verifiable information was provided by the casino. As a result, we were unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was closed as unresolved due to the lack of casino cooperation.

Duel.com Casino - Player was able to create a second account despite being self-excluded.

The player from Russia reported being blocked for gambling addiction but later created a new account and lost 5,017 USDT without restrictions. Despite providing evidence of his previous block, the casino refused to return his deposits. We reviewed the case and concluded that he created the second account with a different email after self-exclusion, while no verified personal data existed on the original account to link both profiles. Although the same crypto wallet was used, we found this was not enough to prove the accounts belonged to the same person, so the casino was not held responsible. For this reason, we rejected the complaint.
