Hi I have had account with this and their sister site where account was closed and I requested funds back from bronze casino due to illness but they declined and I easily managed to still gamble with their siyer site casino napoli whilst my other complaint was ongoing and I had requested them to close all my accounts related to their company but they didnt and i easily could play on their site. They are very much aware of my situation and yet they didn't block my account with napoli i hope you could really help me get all the umds back.there is nothing wuc as responsible gaming in their company and they don't alert or stop you even after closure of account within a branch they still let you play. Their company classy slots I also had issues with them. This company should be closed and they shouldn't be guvem a license.

I deposited 30 euros on Friday night. I won immediately. I didn’t use any bonuses. I got my balance up to 1000 euros by Saturday . On Saturday I played roulette and won 3000. I lost 500 today so decided to deposit and book a holiday with the winnings. I received an email saying I’ve broken irregular play rules. I didn’t even know about these. At no time did they stop me playing, if anything it was encouraged more. The customer care have been rude . And state I have no chance of getting any money. I’m Making complaint because this site doesn’t hold ukgc, also it says that United Kingdom is restricted to play at this casino they have although accepted my deposits in Euros? Also on the bank statements it says that transactions are made in Moscow , Russian Federation, which doesn’t make any sense to me , when I rang my bank they didn’t even mentioned that it is casino site , they said it is a Merchant that sells something , so I would like to get my deposits back for this clearly not genuine casino site , not even sure if they got a license for this , equivalent to GB I would like £152 back from them.

I self excluded from this site on 9/3/18. However i was allowed to play on sister sites (i did not realise they were connected) i had to exclude them all separately. They acted irresponsibly. Hello, I'm writing to you if you can help me with money refund from Casino Napoli. I have started playing in Casino Napoli at start of december 2017. My first attempt to close account was on 21st december 2017. I have asked ifhe can close my account, because I'm loosing all the time. He tried to convince me to play further and in case I want to close my account I should send request to [email protected]. I did send request for closing my account, without any response from support. Next attempt when I tried to close my account was on 30.12.2017, next attempt was 27.01.2018 and 09.04.2018 and they finally closed it on 10.th april 2018. I have lost a lot of money, because I couldn't self exclude me. I have written to them, if I can get refund of my deposits minus withdrawals, and they didn't answer me. I only received msg that they have closed my account and if i want to reopen it I have some terms of agreement. Could you help me with this case. I think if player want to close account and self exclude himself, Casino should do this. The operators were quite opposite. They were convincing me to play again, and that I have nice wins and so on. I was able to open an account and deposit over €500. I am excluded from all casinos related to Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V. should they void my deposits or am I in the wrong?
