The player from Portugal claimed that after meeting the 200x rollover requirement of a €30 no-deposit bonus, the casino confiscated €870 of his winnings, saying the maximum win had been only €30, which he disputed. He said the bonus had been activated on the casino website and that he had never seen any email or pop-up clearly showing the win cap, while the casino insisted the terms had been automatically emailed and later confirmed the €30 limit but did not provide proof. We repeatedly asked the casino for supporting evidence, but it failed to supply a screenshot or any verifiable record and kept delaying its replies. As the casino remained uncooperative and operated without a valid license or ADR service, we marked the complaint as unresolved.
