Bet2U— player complaints: 24 in English

I have made a withdrawal request on the 28th of May and i still haven't heard back. I have completed all the verifications necessary before.

I am having problems with Bet2U   I registered with them on November 2019 and since then I have played with them.   At one point in 2020 I Had 3800+ EUR on my account. I asked them to make a withdrawal to my Neteller account which I made my deposit with. They asked me to complete the verification process (sending documents and a skype video call) which I completed. Then I was able to make a withdrawal and my withdrawal was partially completed (500 eur sent to my bank account instead of Neteller account).   After that I was told that I should ask for the remaining 3300 via separate 500 eur bank withdrawals. I also tried to contact with Neteller VIP support as it was a promotion on Neteller which got me registered with Bet2U. They told me that they have spoken with Bet2U representative and that my withdrawals should now be processed, but since then nobody has spoken with me from Bet2U and none of my withdrawals have reached my bank account.   Since then I have tried to ask for numerous 500 eur bank transfers to my bank but none of those has been completed. When I try to get in touch with them they just reply that my request has been transferred to the relevant department and I will receive a reply, but it has now been more than 2 years, I have sent them more then 10 e-mails and have been on live chat numerous times with the same response. Could you please give me any suggestion on how could I get in touch with their "relevant department" in order to finally receive my money?  

Hi I requested a withdrawal from my Bet2U account on the 9/06/22...Bet2U operates both a casino and sports betting. I won my bet on sports I requested to withdraw 240 euros of my winnings which still left 100 euros in my account. I have spoken with customer reps via live chat on several occasions. Their reply is just wait for their email,no emails have been sent to me apart from other promotions. So what are my options now?

Hello to everyone on this board! Im turning to you for help because i saw you helped some customers before with this casino.  I deposited 25 euro on this casino and won some bets on tennis and hockey. I also verified my account and got an email confirming successful verification. After that i requested withdrawal of 160 euro via bank transfer. My withdrawal got rejected saying i should change withdrawal method. Ofcourse i should make a new deposit before that to confirm this method. I rejected this option and insisted on withdrawing via bank transfer as they promised i will be able to use this option. After one week of contacting them they finally paid this 160euro. After that i requested withdrawal of 500euro and ofcourse things started to get even more complicated. Withdrawal got rejected and i got an email that skype verification is required. I will do this verification on monday because i need to have passport with me and this is the soonest i can do that. There is no problem with skype verification as i am true owner of the account and i did nothing wrong in the process. But after researching online i found out that skype verification is just an excuse in many cases. They ask customers silly questions about teams they bet on etc. Information that has nothing to do with anything. Customers can only bet on teams they know everything about???? Many customers are days after skype verification contacted to be told that they broke some rules and they never get paid their money. I would be very grateful if you can help me in any way that something like that doesnt happen to me also.
