RESOLVED: Azure Hand withdrawal taking too long
I was put into the Go Go room as a VIP member. They say that withdrawals will be fast. I withdrew only $300. I did have another withdrawal for $1,500 but got sick of waiting and lost that. The $300 withdrawal was made on the 20/05/2022 and it is still where I left it. I can't see how they can advertise quick withdrawals. My username is Smokey1958. I have been waiting on a withdrawal made 14/03/2022. Only for $100 but not really the point. I have been on Live Chat many times to be told in a couple of days or it's escalated. I actually won this last year but had to jump through hoops to get verified once again.

I lodged a 2500$ withdrawal with azure hand casino back on the 8th of March. Waited the 10 bis days then contacted live support with the response being they will notify management put me on top of list. I have checked every day with the same response. I have received winnings in the past , so no problem there. I have invested alot of money into this casino , very disappointed Azure Hand. Can anyone help.

Hi i have been trying to withdraw $2500 since October last year. I have spoke to the live chat people at azure countless times and they keep telling me a little longer after escalating it more then 5 times!! For the trouble they gave me a $50 chip and told me I could only withdraw a max $100 after I meet their wagering criteria! I met that and have won over $20000 and I can only have $100 which I find absolutely revolting! All I want is my $2500 so i can close my account and never use this casino again thanks
