What vercel-deploy does

This skill instructs Claude Code to run vercel deploy [path] -y while keeping a 10-minute timeout so builds have sufficient time to finish. Every release defaults to an isolated preview environment. Deploying directly to production with --prod happens only when the user explicitly asks for it. Claude Code is instructed never to test the final URL with curl, presenting the link immediately instead.

Whenever local CLI credentials are missing, the workflow falls back to bash scripts/deploy.sh. That script inspects the framework, archives directory files or takes an existing .tgz bundle, and outputs JSON with previewUrl and a claimUrl. If sandbox security limits outbound network requests, uploads fail immediately without sandbox_permissions=require_escalated.
