The use-cases-page-generator package survives as a compatibility entry. It ships no page rules of its own and is no longer maintained, so there is nothing for it to generate. Everything about use case pages now lives in the Pagina repository, in the page-builder/references/pages/use-case.md reference.
If you installed this skill earlier, nothing breaks — it just does not do anything. For a new page, install page-builder from Pagina and ask the agent to build it through that skill. The old entry carries only an install path and nothing else.
Install runs as npx skills add kostja94/pagina --skill page-builder. In the marketing-skills repository the same skill is now named use-cases rather than use-cases-page-generator, so it is worth checking which one your project actually has wired up.
