What sap-btp-intelligent-situation-automation does

The skill provides reference guidance for existing Intelligent Situation Automation tenants. It covers exporting data before access is removed, unsubscribing, and reviewing legacy setup, roles, automation, and errors. It also describes Event Mesh integration and connecting SAP S/4HANA systems. The service is no longer available for new subscriptions or new automation rules.

ISA was deprecated on September 24, 2025, and its end-of-service window ended on March 24, 2026. Access may remain under active contract commitments. Export required data before access is removed. For SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, Cloud Connector is required; existing connection reviews need to account for it. The guidance is for legacy deployments and migration planning.
