This skill automates the bundled panda-dex-dumper executable. The agent pushes the binary to /data/local/tmp/ on an Android target and marks it as executable. If no package name is supplied, it identifies the active foreground app via dumpsys.
The underlying binary relies on ptrace to attach to the target process. Because of this, root access is mandatory. The target app must also run past its splash screen before dumping. Dynamic packers only expose the true DEX code after their decryption routines finish.
Extracted DEX files are collected from /data/local/tmp/panda/ and downloaded to the local directory. The dump frequently yields multiple DEX slices. Once the transfer completes, the skill deletes the dumper binary and the temporary folder from the device.
