What gh-pages-deploy does

The skill takes a local frontend project through Git setup, repository creation, Pages configuration, and deployment checks. It can publish from the root of main or from docs, then puts the Pages address into the repository’s About section.

It requires GitHub CLI gh to be installed and authenticated, plus Git and a ready HTML, CSS, or JavaScript project. Deployment stops without an authenticated gh session. Later changes follow the usual commit-and-push flow; GitHub Pages rebuilds the site after pushes to main. Keep index.html in the selected publishing location.
