finding-real-estate-professionals-on-twitter — Claude Code skill
Finds real estate agents, brokers, investors, and other property professionals on Twitter/X through Apify. Useful for building targeted profile lists.
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill finding-real-estate-professionals-on-twitter -a claude-codeWhat finding-real-estate-professionals-on-twitter does
This skill runs apidojo~twitter-user-scraper on Apify to locate real estate professionals on Twitter/X. Results include each username, bio, follower count, verification status, location, and website. Searches can use keywords, profile URLs, usernames, or user IDs.
The included scripts/run_actor.js script can print a table or write the results to CSV and JSON. The skill also supports follower, following, and retweeter lists, plus a maxItems limit. It scores profiles using follower volume, matching terms in the bio, and whether a website is present, then assigns PRIME_OUTREACH, HOT_CANDIDATE, or LOW_PRIORITY.
The REST route needs APIFY_TOKEN; without that variable, this launch method will fail. Apify MCP can be used instead when its call_actor tool is available.
What it helps with
- find real estate agents on Twitter/X
- build an outreach list of brokers and investors
- filter profiles by bio terms and website presence
- export discovered users to CSV or JSON
- rank contacts with the supplied scoring rules
Example prompts for the agent
- Find Twitter/X agents and brokers using the keywords
realtorandreal estate agent, then return a profile table. - Collect up to 100 real estate professionals and save the output to
results.csv. - Filter for users with a website and strong follower counts, then group them as
PRIME_OUTREACH,HOT_CANDIDATE, andLOW_PRIORITY.

## Scoring & Ranking
Score each user by:
- `followers` → normalized 0-1 (cap at 50K), weight 0.30
- `bio_match_score` (contains: realtor, broker, real estate, property, agent, MLS) → 0 or 1, weight 0.40
- `has_website` → 0 or 1, weight 0.30
```python
score = 0.30 * min(followers / 50000, 1.0) + 0.40 * int(bio_match) + 0.30 * int(has_website)
```

## Classification
| Score | Tier | Label |

| ≥ 0.70 | A | PRIME_OUTREACH |
| 0.40–0.69 | B | HOT_CANDIDATE |
| < 0.40 | C | LOW_PRIORITY |
---
## Edge Cases
- **Generic bio keywords**: "house" or "home" match too broadly. Use "realtor", "real estate agent", "MLS".
- **Personal accounts mixed in**: Filter by followers > 200 and has website link.
- **Bot accounts**: Unusually high following-to-follower ratio — filter out.
- **Keyword not in bio**: Twitter user search matches bio text — results may vary if bio is non-standard.
- **International agents**: Use country-specific terms (e.g., "estate agent" for UK).
