The skill takes a report name and runs scripts/init.ps1 through powershell.exe. Alongside the name you can pass a synonym, a source directory, a format version and the --with-skd flag, which creates an empty data composition schema and binds it to MainDataCompositionSchema. Without a synonym it defaults to the name, the source directory defaults to src, and the format version defaults to 2.17.
Pick a format version no higher than the platform that will build and open the object: 8.3.24 — 2.17, 8.3.25 — 2.18, 8.3.26 — 2.19, 8.3.27 — 2.20, 8.5 — 2.21. A platform reads its own format and any older one, so 2.17 covers the whole 8.3.24 line and above. For 8.3.23 and older the count runs the same way, one version per release, but the skills were not tested there — such a value is accepted with a warning. Worth checking your platform version before you build.
Once the scaffold exists you can extend it: a form with /form-add, a template with /template-add, help with /help-add, and the ERF build with /erf-build. The tools the skill may call are Bash, Read, Write, Edit, Glob and Grep.

# /erf-init — Создание нового отчёта
Генерирует минимальный набор XML-исходников для внешнего отчёта 1С: корневой файл метаданных и каталог отчёта.

`FormatVersion` — **не выше** версии формата платформы, на которой объект будут собирать и открывать:
8.3.24 — `2.17`, 8.3.25 — `2.18`, 8.3.26 — `2.19`, 8.3.27 — `2.20`, 8.5 — `2.21`. Ниже брать можно:
платформа читает свой формат и любой более старый, поэтому дефолт `2.17` подходит для всей линейки
8.3.24 и выше. Для более старых платформ счёт идёт так же, по одной версии на релиз (8.3.23 — `2.16`),
но на них навыки не проверялись — такое значение принимается с предупреждением.
