What csharp-pro does

This skill guides Claude Code through modern C# tasks, including records, pattern matching, nullable reference types, async code, and SOLID principles. Its scope also covers ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Blazor. For expanded examples, open resources/implementation-playbook.md.

For testing work, it can guide unit tests with xUnit or NUnit and mocking with Moq or FluentAssertions. Other possible outputs include NuGet setup, EditorConfig and analyzer configuration, plus BenchmarkDotNet performance tests. The guidance is scoped to C# and .NET tasks, so it does not serve as a general guide for other stacks.

What it helps with

  • use modern C# features in existing code
  • review async methods for blocking behavior
  • shape an application around SOLID principles
  • write mocked unit tests
  • set up performance benchmarks for .NET code

Example prompts for the agent
