crypto-market-rank — Claude Code skill: what it does, how to install
A skill that hands the agent ready-made crypto leaderboards: trending tokens, social hype, smart-money inflow, Pulse meme tokens and top traders by PnL.
npx skills add binance/binance-skills-hub --skill crypto-market-rank -a claude-codeWhat crypto-market-rank does
Five ranked feeds sit behind a single CLI. Social buzz with sentiment, a combined trending and top-search board, smart-money net inflow, Pulse meme tokens scored for breakout, and a trader PnL leaderboard each get their own subcommand. Your agent passes a JSON blob; scripts/cli.mjs handles URL paths, method choice, query strings and upstream error mapping.
Under the hood there is a Node script and a set of reference files, and the intended flow has the agent read the matching reference before it calls anything. Chains arrive as chainId: BSC 56, Solana CT_501, Base 8453, Ethereum 1. meme-rank is the narrow one, limited to BSC. Ask for it on any other chain and the CLI fails before the request leaves your machine, so a multi-chain meme sweep is off the table.
Details that bite. Numbers come back as strings, timestamps are in milliseconds, address-pnl-rank clamps pageSize to 25, and the period format changes per subcommand: a numeric timeRange for social hype, a code for token-rank, a string such as 24h for smart-money inflow. Icon paths are relative and need a host prefix before they render. Node has to be present.
What it helps with
- pull a 24h trending token list on BSC
- see which tokens are picking up social buzz and how sentiment reads
- find tokens taking the largest smart-money inflow over an hour
- rank Pulse meme tokens by breakout score
- pull the trader PnL leaderboard for the last 30 days
Example prompts for the agent
- Show me the top 20 trending tokens on BSC over the last 24 hours
- Who is on the trader PnL leaderboard for Solana over 30d?
- Rank BSC tokens by smart money net inflow for the past hour

Questions about crypto-market-rank
How do I install crypto-market-rank in Claude Code?
Run npx skills add binance/binance-skills-hub --skill crypto-market-rank -a claude-code. The skill file lands at ~/.claude/skills/crypto-market-rank/SKILL.md.
What does crypto-market-rank do?
It returns ranked market lists: social hype, trending and top-search tokens, smart-money inflow, Pulse meme tokens by breakout score, and traders by PnL. Each board is a subcommand of scripts/cli.mjs.
Which chains does meme-rank support?
BSC only, with chainId 56. On any other chain the CLI errors out before it calls the API, so Solana, Base and Ethereum are not an option for that subcommand.
