A skill that queries Cournot for event probabilities and pricing-divergence rankings, and manages balances and API keys. Runs only on /cournot or an explicit request.

The skill wires your agent into the Cournot API. A plain event query returns the API's assessment and supporting evidence; the agent does not add an estimate of its own. Separate commands cover the cached pricing-divergence ranking, balance and masked key, importing an existing key, rotation preview, and topping up an account.
Ranking has a hard limit. divergence [count] takes an integer from 1 to 100, defaulting to 10. A fractional value such as 2.5 is rejected before any API call, and rounding it is not allowed. Page turns reuse the saved snapshot from the last ranking instead of starting a fresh query.
Node.js is required. The environment variables are all optional: COURNOT_CREDENTIAL_DIR sets where credentials live, COURNOT_API_KEY overrides the saved key, COURNOT_API_BASE points at a different API. Anonymous use works without a key. Rotation runs only after the user confirms, because the old key stops working once it goes through — the skill shows a preview first.
