What cargo-cdk does

The cargo-cdk skill serves as a redirect pointer to cargo-project. The underlying tool renamed cargo-ai cdk to cargo-ai project, while keeping cdk as a working alias. This entry exists solely to overwrite older installations with a pointer to the new skill name.
