operating-kit — Claude Code plugin: sessions, review, deploy
A set of agents for the whole working cycle: session start and end, pre-ship code review, deploy with live verification, and production log checks.

/plugin install operating-kit@claude-code-workflowsWhat operating-kit does
operating-kit is a Claude plugin that lays out a working method end to end instead of solving one task. It ships four agents: session lifecycle (session-start and session-end), code review before you ship, deploy with live verification and a state doc update, plus a production log health check.
Every agent uses {{placeholders}} that adapt to your project. So you will have to open the plugin files and fill them in — otherwise the steps point at paths and commands that aren't yours. The plugin lists Claude, Codex and Cursor, but install commands are given for Claude only.
Pre-ship review and post-deploy log checks are the two spots where trouble usually surfaces. If you don't have a separate step for updating a state doc, the deploy agent covers that too.
What it helps with
- open a session with project context loaded
- close a session and save the current state
- run a code review before shipping
- deploy changes and verify them live
- update the state doc after a deploy
Example prompts for the agent
- run session-start and pull in the project context
- do a code review before I ship this
- deploy it, verify it's live, then update the state doc
