Arness Spark is a greenfield exploration plugin for Claude. It moves an idea along a guided pipeline: product discovery, persona generation, competitive research, brand naming, architecture vision, use case authoring, project scaffolding, visual sketch exploration and interactive prototype validation. What you end up with is a validated concept, a prioritized feature backlog and a scaffolded codebase ready for development.
The plugin ships 19 exploration skills and 13 specialist agents. Everything runs inside Claude on your own machine — no telemetry, no usage collection, nothing sent off-device by the plugin itself; skills and agents work on files in your working directory. A few skills suggest outside research such as web browsing, domain lookups or trademark checks, and those stay user-driven actions rather than plugin-initiated requests.
Anthropic API traffic is handled by the host harness, so how your prompts and context get processed follows Claude's own data usage documentation.
What it helps with
- turn a rough idea into a validated concept
- generate user personas for a new product
- sketch an architecture vision before writing code
- write use cases and prioritize the feature backlog
- scaffold the project and validate a prototype
Example prompts for the agent
- Run my service idea through arn-spark, starting with product discovery and personas
- Draft the architecture vision and a prioritized feature backlog for this project
- Scaffold the project and show me an interactive prototype to validate
