I’ve been on this site longer than 4 years now but an admin named Ken makes the whole experience unpleasant. Yesterday there were beggars all over the public chat where a user constantly asked to be tipped and Ken only came on the chat 15 mins after the user started begging and just got a warning then the user kept on spamming in chat saying the same word and he did nothing. Today I get muted for saying how unhappy I feel about the bonuses that they give to the users and didn’t even get a warning just instantly muted for 24 hours. I asked the admin on tg why he muted me and he can’t even give me a straight answer all he says is “you know what you did” so a user can’t say how stupid a bonus is on chat and gets muted instantly but others can beg… The site is going downhill fast it use to be an amazing site but now just a money hungry site that wants every last bit of your money…

Bad experience. I won €20 with a bonus and tried to withdraw, but couldn't—they demanded KYC verification for just €20... Bonuses come with impossible wagering requirements, and if you do manage to clear them, they ask for KYC. The prize wheel is fake, and VIPs are treated like crap; they only get deposit bonuses—which, of course, have impossible wagering requirements. They’ve cut everything, even Fury, the site's mascot. I reported several bugs but got no response; support just gives the same old advice: clear your cache, refresh the page. I don't recommend it—it's a lousy platform; they'll probably go bust soon.
