I wish I could rate zero stars. This casino lets me deposit into the account a first time and then the second time I get the Bitcoin address deposit and can't log into my account. For 4 days I've been waiting for support to respond and nothing. They say now they closed my account but can't tell me why and they refunded my money. No they haven't and they won't give me any transaction information on it. This casino is a scam do not play!!!!!Funny almost a year later I get a response. In the meantime do you think my money still sits there? Of course not. A miners fee only allows the transaction on my sideto go through faster because it becomes more desirable to be processed faster. This excuse is a lie and I've never gotten my money and a year later at that.

This is by far the most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me. I had roughly $150 in my account and hadn't played in over a month. When I went to log in with my account, it said my account doesn't exist! I opened a new account and confronted support; they claim they have no records of the old account with money in it? And when I show them my deposit tx ID, they claim the receiving wallet isn't theirs? Completely fraudulent criminal organization that literally lies in broad daylight!

I initiated my withdrawal at 22:34 it is 02:31 and I keep getting the same please wait and I'm sorry we can't show you a receipt on the Blockchain we can't even reassure you it's currently still on the Blockchain, no it's impossible to talk to a supervisor or manager we ask that you please wait. Rest assured we want you to only enjoy your time with us we're sorry for your situation 😭 please wait you can rest assured we are a real casino I'm sorry for your situation 😭. Please wait.
