Плагин даёт Claude доступ к вашему рабочему пространству Intercom через MCP-сервер. Автоматический скилл включается сам, когда вы спрашиваете про переписки, контакты или компании: можно найти частые темы в открытых диалогах, разобрать историю обращений конкретного клиента, посмотреть контекст аккаунта. Отдельные слэш-команды ставят Intercom Messenger в проект и настраивают CLI.
Доступ только на чтение. Плагин ищет и вытаскивает данные, но не создаёт, не меняет и не удаляет диалоги, контакты и прочие объекты — рабочее пространство остаётся нетронутым. Поисковые запросы упираются в лимиты Intercom API, throttling MCP-сервер берёт на себя.
Перед подключением нужно учесть: поддерживаются только рабочие пространства, размещённые в США. Для EU и Австралии поддержка заявлена на будущее. Авторизация проходит через OAuth — придётся войти в свой workspace Intercom. Скилл установки Messenger умеет React, Next.js, Vue.js и обычный JavaScript, а идентификацию клиента делает через JWT.

# Intercom Plugin for Claude Code and Google Antigravity Connect your Intercom workspace to Claude Code or Google Antigravity. Search conversations, analyze customer support patterns, look up contacts and companies, and install the Intercom Messenger. ## Prerequisites - An [Intercom](https://www.intercom.com) workspace - [Claude Code](https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code) or [Google Antigravity](https://antigravity.google) installed - Your Intercom workspace must be US-hosted (EU and AU support coming soon) ## Installation ### Claude Code ``` /plugin install intercom ``` ### Google Antigravity Open **Customizations → Plugins** and install Intercom from **Discover**, or choose **+ Install from URL** and enter `https://github.com/intercom/claude-plugin-external`. Connecting to the Intercom MCP server requires signing in to your Intercom workspace through OAuth. In Antigravity, explicit skills are invoked without the `intercom:` prefix, for example `/customer-360 [email protected]`. ## Available Skills | Skill | Invocation | Description | |-------|-----------|-------------| | **Intercom Analysis** | Auto-triggered | Analyze conversations, find support patterns, investigate customer issues, and look up contacts. Your workspace data is never modified. - **US region only** — Currently supports US-hosted Intercom workspaces. EU and Australia region support is planned. - **Rate limits** — Search operations are subject to Intercom API rate limits.
