Launched new projects and markets, scaled existing ones and managed both marketing and operations. I’m used to being responsible for P&L and the actual business results, not just one department. Worked a lot with acquisition, affiliates, CRM/VIP, product, payments, budgets, teams and expansion to new markets. Big fan of automation and optimisation. I use AI a lot in daily work and especially like finding processes that can be automated, simplified or just done better with AI instead of adding more people and manual work. Most interesting for me is a project where there is something to build, change or grow. Company size and title is less important.
